In this practice (Monday, Thursday, and Fridays), I provide services to athletes of all types (e.g., Olympic Sports, AFL, Cricket; Football, Rugby, and Ballet) as well as others (e.g., business owners) who are focused on delivering high level performance but are also experiencing concerns associated with psychological / mental health and low levels of well-being. My therapeutic work is informed by Schema Therapy and Emotion-Regulation techniques as well as Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy.

Historically, since 2008 I have worked at the West Australian Institute of Sport (part time), in the government mental health sector (part time), at Edith Cowan University (part-time) as a lecturer. Between 1985 and 2007, I worked as secondary school Physical Education teacher in the government education sector. Currently, I also work in a part-time basis at another practice providing mental health services to the general public.
