Telehealth available

If trauma is shaping how you feel, relate, or cope day to day, I can help. Im a Senior Psychologist with over 25 years experience working across the Australian Defence Force, private practice, public and community services, and hospital-based mental health settings. My clinical focus is complex and developmental trauma, including the long-term effects of early adversity, chronic stress, and high-pressure or life-altering experiences. I also work with anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy within the Conversational Model. Therapy is practical and relational, helping you understand how past experiences continue to influence the present while building skills to reduce distress and strengthen resilience.
