Practising since 2008 across complex mental health settings in Australia, UK and Singapore, Sabrina�s work with children, families and systems, has also included service planning & delivery, research & evaluation, community outreach, and professional development training. Sabrina is now in private practice, where she continues to focus on clinical interventions across the life span, consultation & supervision, and professional development training.
Sabrina has diverse skills and interests in the development of the Self & personality, trauma & attachment, parenting & caregiving, perinatal counselling, and spirituality. She highly values culturally-informed, person-centred, integrative psychotherapy, and has specific skills in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), neurobiology-informed Trauma-focused treatment, CBT and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Sabrina is a certified Circle of Security - Parenting Facilitator and CBT for Insomnia (CBTI) practitioner.
