I am passionate about providing psychotherapy that is respectful and non-judgemental. I value collaboration and look forward to working alongside you in the therapeutic process. Grounded in psychodynamic therapy, I work from the understanding that meaningful change begins with insight into observable and internal relational patters that shape experience. Together, we explore these layers to foster understanding and growth. I work within psychodynamic psychotherapy, parentinfant mental health, early childhood assessment, neurodivergence, eating disorders, grief, trauma-informed therapy, mood disorders, anxiety, employee wellbeing, career exploration, and couples work. I am accredited in specialised assessments including the Griffiths, ADOS-2 and MCMI. I have worked extensively in schools, hospitals, and community programs. I am a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (ANZAED), Board Approved Supervisor (APS) and registered Psychologist with Counselling Psychology Endorsement (AHPRA).
