I provide psychological assessments and therapy in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for clients of all ages.
I support people facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, chronic pain, parenting challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and self-image concerns.
I also offer couple therapy for partners wanting to strengthen their relationship.
