Dr Tania de Jong is a registered Clinical Psychologist, Member of the Australian Psychological Society, an author and presenter. B. Sc. Psych. (Hons), M. Psych (child and family), D. Psych (clinical), MAPS.

Tania is dedicated to patient-focused mental health, innovation, collaboration, and promoting wellness with her patients. Tania provides assessment and treatment of people with mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, ADHD assessment and treatment, ASD treatment, attachment, trauma, C-PTSD/PTSD, among other conditions.

Tania has worked in the health field since 1998 including establishing health services with Community Organisations and Local Government. She has undertaken Honorary Psychology Supervision positions with Monash University, and tutoring/supervision positions with Australian Catholic University.

Approaches: Trauma Informed Practice, Neurobiological, EMDR, Psychoanalysis, Lacan, Mindell, Mind-Gut, CBT, REBT, and Art Therapy.
