Present Tense Psychology is led by Mark Rose - a dedicated psychologist with over a decade of professional experience supporting diverse client groups who are experiencing a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief & loss, trauma, ADHD, & those who are experiencing problems with coping, motivation, & goal setting. Mark is a warm & compassionate psychologist who believes that everyone has the potential to change & grow. Mark creates a safe and supportive space for his clients to explore their core beliefs, thoughts, feelings, & experiences to help them identify and overcome the challenges that are holding them back. Mark uses a flexible client-centred therapeutic approach that incorporates evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), & Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, & enhance self-acceptance. Online after-hours counselling, & ADHD Assessment.
