Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

Karen is a registered psychologist with over eight years experience across government, disability services, not-for-profit organisations, and private practice. She offers a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that is collaborative, evidence-informed, and tailored to each persons goals, preferences, and pace.

Karen values practical, skills-focused therapy alongside deeper understanding of patterns, emotions, and relationships. She aims to support clients to make sense of their experiences, build self-compassion, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop strategies that fit real lifeso progress feels sustainable rather than forced.

She is committed to providing a safe, respectful space, particularly for people who have felt misunderstood, judged, or missed in healthcare. Karen works with curiosity, clarity, and care, and prioritises consent, transparency, and a strong therapeutic relationship.
