Individual and couples therapy. I'm a Clinical Psychologist that helps individuals cultivate self-compassion towards themselves to develop a more positive self-image, enhance resilience and coping skills, reduce self-criticism and negative self-talk, and increase wellbeing. My goal is to empower individuals to lead a more authentic and meaningful life.
I also work with couples to help build trust and commitment, manage conflict in a healthy way, increase positive interactions and strengthen bonds in order to create a more fulfilling relationship.
I work with adults with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction and mood disorders. With individuals I use Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and a trauma informed approach. When working with couples I utilise Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
