I am a trauma-informed, registered psychologist. I provide a calming and safe space for you to explore unhelpful patterns in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. I support you to build self-awareness and understanding of the underlying causes of your struggles. You will feel empowered to move forward in your life with more adaptive and intentional ways of being, to find fulfilment and return to your true self. I am particularly interested in supporting people to recover from trauma and challenging life experiences (including PTSD and childhood trauma). I also work with a range of other presentations including anxiety, depression, stress, grief & loss, life adjustments, and interpersonal difficulties.
