Danielle has a compassionate yet energetic approach to therapy and truly values the opportunity to go on part of life's journey with you. She is passionate about supporting adults through personal challenges and life's transitions.

Danielle uses a collaborative and holistic framework, drawing on evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to support self-exploration and growth. She has prior experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, persistent pain, ADHD and the management of chronic health conditions. A specific area of interest is supporting and improving her clients' self-management of physical health conditions and rehabilitation.

Danielle has a person-centred approach and is welcoming to people from all cultures and backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQI+ community.
