I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar currently in private practice as well as being a clinician at the Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC) in WA Department of Health. I work with adults to provide psychological care for a range of presentations including depression and anxiety, stress, relational issues, developing identity, and I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQA+ people. I believe the foundation of therapy is the therapeutic relationship; I bring compassion and genuine empathy, and create a warm, authentic, and collaborative space for clients to explore and understand their issues and themselves. My therapeutic style draws on psychodynamic, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches, specifically emphasising attachment and understanding the impact of trauma. Underneath it all, I am a down to earth human who wants to support people to better connect with and understand their emotions, embrace who they are, and make meaningful change in their life.
