I aim to work with you to build a meaningful and fulfilled life. My goal when working with you is to build the skills to effectively manage your everyday life through psychotherapy and counselling. My special interests include anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties and life transitions, stress management, perinatal difficulties, trauma, PTSD, ADHD management, and self-esteem issues.
I bring a range of experience from multiple settings, including hospitals and public and private practice. I embody an individualised and client-centred approach to therapy to maximise your well-being. I am currently offering online (telehealth) appointments.
