Ridhi is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a particular interest in neurodevelopmental assessment and trauma-informed practice. She works with clients across the lifespan, bringing a warm, collaborative, and genuinely curious approach to her work, creating a space where clients feel truly understood.

Her clinical background spans a range of complex settings, including a correctional facility, the family violence domain, and out-of-home care with children and young people. She has also worked with adult survivors of institutional child sexual abuse, and completed her provisional training at Monash University's Krongold Clinic.

Outside of the consulting room, Ridhi is the Founder and CEO of PractaLuma, Australia's first AI-powered practice management platform built specifically for mental health practitioners, reflecting her commitment to supporting the broader psychology profession.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, Netflix, and walks with her dog.
