Change is most likely to occur when a person feels connected, cared for and understood in therapy, so it's important that you find me to be easy going, adaptable and someone you can trust. All with a healthy sense of gentle humor and a lot of genuine compassion for your important story. This is why I created The Curious Psych.
Our challenging experiences can be hard to sit with, and sometimes, we don't really know why we feel the way we feel. So, we can understandably develop anxieties about what our minds and bodies are trying to tell us.
I truly believe that going inside and exploring the stories our Parts hold helps us to understand ourselves. Through these knowings, we can process, heal and feel like ourselves again. This is why I love being a Psychologist.
