Mrs Nasreen Ameer McGowan   MAPS

Nasreen has experience working within an organisational setting and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, supporting individuals facing emotional, personal, and workplace challenges. She provides a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore experiences and work towards meaningful change.

Nasreen has a special interest in grief and loss, post-natal depression, PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, workplace stress, bullying, and major life transitions. She helps clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and strengthen wellbeing.
