I�m Charlotte. I am a Psychologist, EMDR therapist, introvert and best friend to every cat I meet.
To me good therapy is goal oriented and together we will get curious and learn about why you are the way you are, and how you can manage your difficulties in a way that works for you. I have a particular interest in working with trauma, PTSD/CPTSD. As well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
To support each person in my office, as the unique human they are, I am trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and Ego State Therapy (aka parts work) so that each session is tailored to your individual needs. I cant wait to meet you!
