Carlie leverages on non-judgement, humour and kindness within her practice, with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy and Sensate Therapy and Perinatal specific training also utilised to explore your internal world.
