*Currently accepting new clients - in-person in Hawthorn or Telehealth across Australia*

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a friendly, warm, and collaborative approach. I see adolescents (15+) and adults, with a special interest and several years experience in providing support for:

- Cancer and chronic health conditions (including for carers, family/friends)

- Adolescents and Young Adults (15-30 years)

- Body Image and Disordered Eating

I also see a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety disorders (worry, social anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic), depression, grief and loss, low confidence and self-esteem, and adjustment difficulties.

I tailor my therapeutic approach depending on client needs, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (including CBTi for insomnia and CBT-E for Eating Disorders), Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
