I have a mind-body approach. I combine helpful cognitive and behavioural strategies from traditional talk therapy, such as CBT and ACT with Focusing, an evidence-based somatic therapy, to help generate more profound shifts.Focusing is the process of tuning into your body to get clarity about what is really going on for you and the best way forward. Focusing allows you to understand yourself at a deep level and use your body as a guide.
