I am a neuroaffirming psychologist, providing therapy and neuropsychological (educational, cognitive, academic, and neurodevelopmental) assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

I enjoy working with people of all ages to help them move from where they are to where they want to be. I tailor sessions to fit the person in front of me. My approach combines elements from ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, neuropsychology, and positive psychology.

I am strongly interested in helping those with suspected learning and cognitive differences and working with persons with ADHD, autistic folk, young people, and new parents.
