Mikayla is a registered psychologist and a high school teacher with a passion for mental health and wellbeing. Working with clients of all ages, Mikayla utilises evidence-based approaches and strategies to support individuals to overcome life's challenges, in a nurturing and compassionate environment.

She is particularly focused on preventative mental health, believing that equipping people with the tools to manage stress and build healthy habits will benefit them now and in the future.

In addition to therapy sessions, Mikayla offers psychoeducational assessments, where she takes a comprehensive approach to evaluate cognition and learning. She is dedicated to helping students identify their strengths, feel understood, and receive to support they need to thrive in their learning journeys.
