Michelle is a Clinical Psychology registrar, with over 6 years� experience in mental health. She welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds, embracing different cultures, sexualities, gender identities and neurodiversity. Michelle works with adults and young people aged 15 years or over.

Michelle prioritises creating a meaningful therapeutic relationship and fostering a safe, nurturing space where clients can freely explore their concerns � a creative space in which meaning is arrived at and created together through dialogue.. She works collaboratively with clients to tailor therapy according to their individual needs and goals. Utilising an integrative approach to therapy, Michelle works predominantly through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens, drawing from other evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT and narrative therapy where needed.
