I am available to see clients in-person (or via telehealth) at healthspace, Weston ACT on Fridays including after-hours. I have limited availability to meet with clients on weekends via telehealth.
I respect that coming to therapy takes courage. With this in mind, I am patient and compassionate in my approach and believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. Typically, my clients come to therapy looking to understand themselves better and for support with addressing unhelpful patterns. We�ll work together to understand what you need and what you want to achieve through therapy.
I am committed to using evidence-based treatment and draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I am collaborative and transparent in the approach I use and my treatment recommendations.
