Hello, my name is Michelle (she/her/hers), and I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar committed to fostering mental well-being and facilitating growth in individuals.

Utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), I strive to create a collaborative and empowering therapeutic alliance.

My overarching goal is to alleviate suffering, facilitate growth, and cultivate long-term change.

In every therapeutic encounter, I am guided by a strengths-based approach, recognising the inherent potential within each individual to overcome challenges and thrive. I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting mental health literacy and informed consent models.
