I have extensive experience working with those impacted by trauma (c/PTSD), addiction, self-harm, and eating disorders, as well as challenges related to relationships, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. My integrative therapy style combines evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Schema, IFS, psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness, and ACT. As a trained yoga teacher, I also incorporate these practices and somatic work. Additionally, I am trained to provide psychedelic integration & preparation support and the Safe and Sound protocol for nervous system regulation.
I believe everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have. I support you in developing more adaptive patterns, building support networks, and tapping into your innate wisdom and healing potential. My approach is warm, compassionate, and relational. Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring the wild, tending to plants, listening to music, practicing yoga, and delving into my shadow self. Queer/ND affirming.
