Fanoula is a Psychologist with experience working with individuals across the lifespan with a variety of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, and adjustment to significant life changes. She has experience working with clients of all genders, sexual orientations and relationship styles.
Fanoula has a passion for working with adults (young and old), drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory to provide individualised treatment. She creates a safe space and works collaboratively with individuals in a warm, empathetic environment to support them to create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
She also has a special interest in conducting Psychological Assessments (including cognitive and psychoeducational) for individuals of all ages to support with educational planning, diagnoses (including Intellectual Disability and ADHD), and consideration of eligibility to receive NDIS supports.
