Carolyn is an experienced psychologist providing evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. She supports a broad range of concerns, including complex and longstanding presentations, such as anxiety and depressive disorders, relational trauma, trauma-sensitive care, emotion regulation challenges, and school-based difficulties.
Carolyn has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD. Her practice is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based, focusing on each person's cognitive profile and emotional functioning.
She is a credentialed eating disorder clinician (ANZAED), providing individualised, evidence-based treatment for eating and feeding concerns across the lifespan.
Carolyn is currently completing advanced training in trauma-focused therapies, including EMDR.
