Carolyn is an experienced psychologist who provides evidence-based, client-centred care from her family-oriented private practice. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, supporting both individuals and families. Her areas of practice include anxiety and depressive disorders, relational trauma, trauma sensitive care, emotion regulation challenges, and school-based concerns.

Carolyn has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD. Her practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based framework, with a focus on understanding each individual�s cognitive profile, emotional regulation, and developmental context. She works collaboratively with clients and caregivers to develop practical, developmentally appropriate interventions.

She is a credentialed eating disorder clinician (ANZAED) and provides individualised, evidence-based treatment for eating and feeding concerns across the lifespan.
