Hi there! I am a Clinical Psychologist offering online and in-person psychology consultations for those of us who are trying to pursue self care and personal development while leading a busy lifestyle.
I am trained in evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) which are very effective in treating chronic anxiety and re-occurring depression.
It is very important to me that my clients feel heard and understood throughout the therapeutic process, and that positive changes are observed within the first few sessions. I value client feedback and work collaboratively with my clients to achieve the best possible treatment outcome (Feedback Informed Treatment).
