I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside Polyvagal Theory, and Biofeedback techniques to tailor my approach to a person�s unique needs, helping individuals to build emotional resilience, find meaning, and improve overall well-being.
With over a decade of experience working in a tertiary Pain Management Service, as well as working at Headspace (Youth Mental Health Service), I transitioned to private practice to offer more personalized support for people to help them to lead a rich and meaningful life.
I currently work fridays in person, or via telehealth.
