I decided to become a psychologist later in life after working in corporate, government and NFP as a project manager and becoming passionate about supporting people through life's challenges.
I'm a warm, down-to-earth person who balances empathy with practicality. I enjoy helping people navigate issues such as bullying, organisational restructures, redundancy, career change and transition to retirement. I also provide support and strategies for people dealing with anxiety, trauma (past or recent), chronic illness, problematic behaviours, relationship issues and life changes.
I work at each person's pace to understand what's brought them to therapy, what they'd like to achieve, and how we'll create new pathways forward together. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space for people to gain insight, learn new skills and grow in self-confidence.
Send me an email to request a 10-min introductory phone call ($0) or to book a 50-min Telehealth Session ($220.00). In-Person available on request.
