Lana Ireland is a registered psychologist with a Master�s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and an Executive MBA. As well as providing general psychological services for issues such as anxiety and depression, Lana provides individual and group mental performance enhancement and counselling services for children, adolescents, and adults. Lana has experience working with athletes in a wide range of sports, as well as performers in dance and theatre, and professionals in business. She possesses a distinctive focus on mental health and wellbeing within performance domains. She has undertaken research with the Australian Institute of Sport, and has a background in elite sport as an athlete and a coach. Lana has worked with children and teens for over 15 years in sport, and schools and is a published author in the area of adolescent sport participation.
