Tara is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns and navigating life's challenges. She has a particular interest in trauma, perinatal mental health, and the psychological impacts of chronic pain and physical health conditions.
Tara has worked across hospital and community mental health settings including early intervention, psychiatric, perinatal, and sexual trauma services. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
Tara offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapy space that supports individuals to process and understand their experiences, build upon their coping skills, and work toward their therapy goals. Her approach is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, and integrates Schema therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT.
