I offer trauma informed counselling in a non-judgemental space, where you can work through your difficulties, heal and grow. The therapy space is a place where all the parts of you are welcome and the opportunity is there to learn more about yourself and what you need to live life in a more meaningful way. I offer practical strategies as well as hoping to spark curiosity about the underlying causes of your distress. I believe passionately in helping people to build self awareness and strength, so that they feel empowered in the therapy process.
