Amy is an experienced psychologist with a supportive, non-judgmental style working at her home-based practice. She has assisted many adults and adolescents to develop strategies to manage a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationships, career planning, behavioural problems, anger, parenting, life transitions, post natal depression/adjustment, chronic health conditions and adjustment difficulties. Amy has been in private practice for over 10 years and has over 20 years experience working as a psychologist in various positions. Amy is also a Board Certified Supervisor of psychologists and provides individual and group supervision to intern psychologists as well as supervision and mentoring to registered psychologists and other professionals.
