Telehealth available

Hi!

I am a registered psychologist (AHPRA) living and working between Naarm and Kaurna Country, on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Kaurna peoples, in what is now called Melbourne (Victoria) and Adelaide (South Australia). I also hold registration as a counselling psychologist in India and have been practising since 2017.

My clinical work focuses on supporting adults who have experienced trauma, particularly sexual violence, childhood abuse and neglect, and relational harm. I have worked extensively with South Asian clients across India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the diaspora, and I bring a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming approach to therapy. I am interested in working with people in ways that honour culture, context, and survival, rather than reducing distress to diagnosis alone.

I am especially drawn to values-led clinical and community spaces committed to cultural safety, inclusion, and care beyond the therapy room.
