I am a person-centred psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to overcome their concerns, enhance mental wellbeing, and meet their goals. I have experience working in clinic settings, hospitals and schools, and have worked with clients of all ages, but currently work predominantly with young people and adults.
I utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques in my work with clients. I am also integrative in my approach, and draw from the treatment techniques that best suit the specific needs of my clients.
I have experience working with (but not limited to) depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, stress, relationship issues, life-adjustment and sleep concerns.
