Tracey is an experienced psychologist who has worked in a range of settings over the past 20 years including Community Health, Hospital and Private Practice. She currently offers psychological counselling and assessment services 1-2 days a week in private practice in Panania as well as lecturing in social research methods at a tertiary college. She has published papers in the area of peri-natal mental health.

Her counselling practice currently focuses on working with adults and couples struggling with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, work stress and relationship problems. Tracey is known for her warm, caring, non-judgmental, collaborative approach and exceptional insight. She will listen carefully to your problems and work with you to find a way through. Tracey uses an eclectic approach which is most strongly informed by mindfulness-based, values driven, client-centred and mind-body approaches to psychotherapy (see below for the specific therapies).
