Eva is a compassionate Psychologist who is dedicated to supporting clients through diverse mental health challenges and life experiences. She takes a strong systemic perspective which is trauma-informed and considers attachment, family systems and social context.
Eva holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and has a special interest in perinatal mental health, including challenges related to fertility and conception, pregnancy, grief and loss, birth trauma, and postpartum.
Eva also supports adults and adolescents (aged 16+) who experience depression, generalised and other forms of anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, chronic stress, and neurodivergence.
She integrates evidence-based treatments including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with the aim of supporting clients to feel truly understood, emotionally safe and empowered in their therapeutic journey.
