Brooke is a registered clinical psychologist who enjoys working with adolescents (10 years+) and adults. Her approach is warm, inclusive and compassionate. She believes in a strengths based and client centered practice that enhances and empowers the individual.
Brooke utilises evidence based therapeutic treatments including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is passionate about helping people with challenges including: life adjustment, mood disorders, eating disorders, parenting (including perinatal mental health), relationships, managing perimenopause and menopause changes along with stress relating to school/work/health.
Brooke is also a registered clinical supervisor.
