Dr Lauren Hamilton is a Health Psychologist and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (Mental Health) with a warm and empathetic approach. She loves to help her clients make meaningful change in their lives. Lauren is particularly passionate about helping people to let go of dieting and "wellness" rules and to instead develop peaceful relationships with food and their bodies. She is also the co-founder of The School of Self-Care which shares the skills and strategies of psychology through online courses aimed at helping people live happier, kinder and braver lives.
