I'm a Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated to helping people improve their mental health and well-being. I value being caring, thoughtful, and collaborative in my approach. In addition to private practice, my experience includes previously working in private and public hospitals, community mental health and psychology clinics, as well as not-for-profit organisations. I have training and experience in a variety of effective therapies (e.g., CBT, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic therapy) and can draw on this to provide a therapeutic approach that works for you. I offer sessions in person or via telehealth.
