The session also outlines what to expect in the witness box, helping psychologists provide clear, professional evidence under questioning.

About the presenter(s)

Mark Attard is a Partner in Kennedys’ Melbourne office with over 35 years’ experience advising Australian and London market clients on professional indemnity and general insurance defence matters. He acts for a wide range of professionals groups, including construction, health professionals, owner corporation managers, financial planning, accounting, legal, real estate, travel, information technology and insurance intermediaries. Mark has been representing and advising psychologists in respect of proactive management, AHPRA notifications and civil claims.
