The Power of Physical Activity Psychology: Moving Minds, Changing Lives

Overview

Is it sport psychology? Is it exercise psychology? No, it's physical activity psychology! Subtle difference. I'll take you through some details concerning the psychology underpinning many forms of physical activity. I will address the determinants of activity, ways to change behaviour, and a little on mental health. I will address behaviour change by looking at different settings where you might be trying to help people become more active or less sedentary.
