Surviving Investigations: Managing Complaints, Coroner Inquiries, and Court Appearances
(60 mins + 30 mins Q&A)
Therapy is hard enough without the problems associated with legal processes impacting upon the work we do. It is possible to get complaint from a disgruntled client, sadly a client may have an unnatural death (suicide, murder), or you may be required to go to court. Dr Phil has worked in all three of these areas and will help you understand some of the necessary process involved in dealing with these situations. His position however, is that the better you structure yourself at the beginning the more likely you will be to survive the process with ease.
Join us as we explore essential strategies for confidently managing legal obligations, protecting yourself and your practice, and responding effectively in challenging situations.
