The ANZAPPL Vic Youth Law Symposium is an essential event for lawyers and mental health practitioners working with young people in forensic, legal or clinical settings. Whether you regularly engage in youth justice matters or are looking to broaden your practice into this dynamic and challenging area, this one-day symposium offers fresh insights, practical tools and opportunities for collaboration.
Held at Zinc at Fed Square in Melbourne, the full-day event includes presentations from leading experts covering topics such as early offending patterns, legal and clinical assessments of doli incapax, prosecution perspectives, and current rehabilitation services within youth justice. The symposium concludes with a panel discussion exploring creative solutions for young people facing or at risk of criminal charges.
