                    Overview
Over 3 million Australian adults suffer from chronic insomnia.
The recommended 'first line' treatment is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBT-i), however, most psychologists receive very limited sleep/insomnia education during post-graduate education, and few psychologists have specific experience or knowledge of managing insomnia with CBT-i.
This webinar aims to provide an introductory overview of insomnia assessment and management with CBT-i, and discuss a new on-demand CBT-i education module developed via a collaboration between the APS and the Australasian Sleep Association.
