Overview

This webinar will introduce psychologists to the functions of anger, the mechanisms clients might utilise to express anger and ways of managing problematic expressions of anger in the therapy room, such as intimidation and threats.

It will focus on:

• exploring the difference between anger, aggression and violence,

• common counter-transferential responses to anger, and

• common approaches to treating problematic expressions of anger.

Intermediate. This activity is targeted to those who have some previous learning on the topic
