Live Online Health Psychology Monthly Workshop Series 2026

Overview

The APS College of Health Psychologists, Victorian Committee is hosting live 60-minute peer supervision, self-care and reflective practice discussions on a monthly basis open to all psychologists and health professionals. The focus for each session will be on a different area of health psychology practice with topics aligned with awareness campaigns in each month, including specific health concerns, disability and health promotion.

We invite you to join the consultation with other health professionals from around Australia, as part of your continuing professional development. These sessions will be facilitated by Health Psychologists and will draw on the knowledge and experience of the attendees.

Aims

  • Increase knowledge of area
  • Provision of reflective practice opportunities
  • Provide opportunities to extend learning in the health areas.
  • Increase networking with others with an interest in health psychology.
  • Interprofessional learning
  • Reflection on self-care

Target Audience

We welcome all psychologists and health professionals to learn from each other and contribute your expertise. Other health professionals are welcome to attend to enable opportunities for interprofessional sharing of expertise.

This event will not be recorded.

  • This is a Member Groups event. All communication will be sent to the registrants’ registered email address. This includes event reminders with details (such as the Zoom link) and any pre-event or post-event resources, if provided by the facilitators.
  • A post-event email will be sent within two weeks of the event’s completion to each registrant’s registered email address. This email will include the CPD certificate, and any additional resources shared during the session.
