Thinking ahead in a fast-changing world: A conversation

Organiser Banner

Overview

The APS hosts this webinar with the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

This webinar will engage the audience in a conversation about future planning for their private practice and the content will reflect two key areas:

  • Generative AI, tech, wearables and how to embrace them

  • Private practice business models that will deliver financial success or serve a particular population or make you the employer of choice.

Through the discussion of these topics, we will take participants on a journey as to what is their mission or purpose and what are the strategic actions, they will need to take to achieve their goal.
Private Practice is in the midst of potential reforms to two areas of funding that have been the mainstay of our businesses: Medicare and the NDIS. This webinar will consider the options for practices/businesses in light of change and how to respond to the challenges of the post-pandemic economy and the supply-demand see saw of referrals, workforce availability and compliance.
